Ms. Joelle Straley is a trusted advisor and COO of Straley Enterprises LLC. She brings over 20 years’ experience to this organization, including employee relations, training, strategic planning, human capital management, coaching management staff and conflict resolution. Ms. Straley supports the Owner in developing and maintaining both strategic and tactical company initiatives.
Ms. Straley currently serves as Human Resource Director for a highly respected calibrations company in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake and has experience in support of SDVOSB Government Contractors, big box retail and staffing industries. She proudly completed twenty-two years in the Navy and Navy Reserve, retiring in 2010 as a Chief Petty Officer. In addition to having her master’s degree in management from Troy University and her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Chapman College, she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
